Axiom cares, has been serving the Southeastern Michigan community since 2008.

The name “Axiom” was translated from the Latin word “Axioma” meaning “to deem worthy
of the greatest efforts and respect.” This captures the mission we wish to fulfil for the future, and is incorporated into the vision we share with each member of our caregiving team today.
Founded by Imran Khan, Axiom has grown strategically and thoughtfully, leading to many heart touching patient success stories. Axiom Cares goal has been to provide quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes, wherever that may be. It is the exceptional, personalized, heart filled energy and respect, given to each patient/family that has been the backbone of the company and is the key to our many success stories.
